Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how Letnova collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who interact with this website. We only ask for what we need, and we tell you what we do with it.
1. Data controller
Maza Enterprise Holdings LLC (“Letnova”) — info@letnova.com. Registered address: 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 413 #1242, 82001 Cheyenne, WY, United States. As the company is established in the United States, your data is processed there (see section 6 on international transfers).
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, business name, sector, website (optional), the message you write, email and phone (optional).
- Technical & usage data: when you consent to analytics/marketing cookies, we may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and how you navigate the site. See our Cookie Policy.
- Chat assistant: if you use the chat on our website, we process the messages you write and the replies; a random identifier stored in your browser (to keep the conversation going and to apply a daily message limit); the address of the page you write from; an irreversible, encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (we do not store the IP address itself) to prevent abuse; and your rating of replies, if you give one. The chat is an artificial intelligence assistant and does not ask for personal data. Please do not include health details or other sensitive information.
- Our clients’ social media and ad accounts: if your business is a client and gives us access to its Facebook Page, Instagram account or Meta ad account, we process, as your business’s processor, the data from those accounts that the service needs: account identifiers, the posts we prepare and publish, their statistics, the comments they receive and the results of your ads. We obtain it through Meta’s official API and use it only to serve your business — never for other clients, and we never sell it. See our Terms of Service and how to ask us to delete it in Data deletion.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data. Please don’t include sensitive information in the free-text message.
3. Why we use it and legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a diagnosis and send you a proposal — basis: your request and pre-contractual steps.
- To provide our services and manage the business relationship — basis: performance of a contract.
- To publish our clients’ approved content, report on their results and reply to comments on their accounts — basis: performance of the contract with that client.
- To keep in touch about our services if you ask us to — basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To measure and improve the site and our campaigns — basis: your consent (analytics and marketing cookies).
- To answer your questions in the chat — basis: your request and our legitimate interest in assisting people who contact us.
- To review and improve the quality of the chat’s answers and prevent abuse of the service — basis: our legitimate interest. You may object by writing to info@letnova.com.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations — basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate, each acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement:
- Google — web fonts (loaded on every page), and Google Tag Manager, through which our analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing (Meta Pixel) tags run only after you consent.
- n8n — the automation platform that receives and routes your form submissions to our team.
- Letnova CRM — where we manage leads and the commercial relationship.
- Anthropic (US) — provider of the AI model that writes the chat’s replies; it receives the text of the conversation.
- OpenAI (US) — analyses the text of your chat question to find the relevant information on this website.
- Meta Platforms — when a client gives us access to their Facebook, Instagram or ad accounts, we publish and read data through Meta’s official API, under Meta’s own terms.
- Hosting and email providers — to run the website and communicate with you.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship, plus the retention periods required by law (for example, tax records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Chat conversations and associated data are deleted automatically 90 days after the last activity. The browser identifier stays on your device until you delete it. Anthropic and OpenAI do not use this data to train their models under their business terms, and may keep it for up to 30 days (or longer where required by law or for security reasons).
6. International data transfers
Because Letnova and some of our providers (such as Google) are based in the United States, your data may be transferred and processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
This also applies to the chat providers, Anthropic and OpenAI: both act as our processors under data-processing agreements that include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, access controls and anti-spam filtering on our forms). No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
8. Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, withdraw your consent and request portability, by writing to info@letnova.com. We will reply within the legal timeframes. To delete the data we hold about your business’s accounts, follow the steps in Data deletion. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
9. Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. We will publish the new version here with its date.
