Data Deletion
Last updated: October 2026
How to ask Letnova to delete the data we hold about you or your business, including the data we obtain from Facebook and Instagram.
1. What data we may hold
- If your business is a client and gave us access to its accounts: the identifiers of your Facebook Page, Instagram account and ad account; the posts we prepared and published; the statistics of those posts and of your ads; and the comments on your posts.
- If you commented on one of our clients’ accounts: your username and the text of your comment. Email us at the address below with your username and the post, and we will delete it.
- If you contacted us or used the chat on our website: the data described in our Privacy Policy.
Our website does not offer “Log in with Facebook”, so we do not obtain data from people who log in with their Facebook account.
2. How to request deletion
- Email info@letnova.com with the subject “Data deletion”, stating your name or your business’s name and the accounts concerned.
- We confirm the request comes from you, using the email address or the accounts you work with us from.
- We delete the data within 30 days and confirm it by email.
3. Removing our access to your accounts
You can stop us accessing your accounts at any time, without writing to us: in Meta Business Suite go to Settings → Partners (or Integrations) and remove Letnova. That stops any new access; to also delete what we already stored, send us the email above.
4. What we keep
We keep only what the law requires (for example, invoices and tax records). The posts already published on your accounts belong to you and stay there; you can delete them yourself from each platform.
