At Letnova we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE).

2. Data we collect

We process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data: first and last name, company, job title.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address when relevant.
  • Professional data: industry, website, social media profiles, company information.
  • Browsing data: IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited, time spent, device, browser, operating system, traffic source.
  • Communication data: the content of messages you send us via form, email, WhatsApp, or phone.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to:

  • Respond to your requests for information, quotes, audits, or contact.
  • Provide the contracted services and manage the contractual relationship.
  • Send commercial communications about our services when consent or legitimate interest exists.
  • Comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security.

4. Legal bases for processing

  • Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): for sending commercial communications and non-essential cookies.
  • Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): when you contract our services or request a quote.
  • Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): for B2B commercial prospecting, website analytics, and fraud prevention.
  • Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR): to comply with tax, commercial, and administrative obligations.

5. Retention periods

  • Customer data: throughout the contractual relationship and the legal limitation periods thereafter (up to 6 years for commercial and tax obligations).
  • Lead and prospect data: up to 24 months from the last contact, or until you request deletion.
  • Browsing data: per the lifespan of each cookie (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent.

6. Recipients and data processors

Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients, all bound by data processing agreements under art. 28 GDPR:

  • CRM and automation platforms: GoHighLevel, n8n.
  • Infrastructure and databases: Supabase, Hostinger, Cloudflare.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Communications and messaging: Google Workspace (Gmail), Twilio, Telegram, WhatsApp Business.
  • Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Wise (where applicable).
  • Legal, accounting, and tax advisors: external providers bound by confidentiality.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. When this occurs, international transfers are made under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, under adequacy decisions.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you are entitled to the following rights:

  • Access: know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Restriction: request that we limit processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@letnova.com indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. We will respond within one month.

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These include in-transit encryption (TLS 1.3), role-based access control, activity auditing, and incident response plans.

9. Minors

Our services are aimed exclusively at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 14. If you become aware that a minor has provided data without authorization, please contact us so we can proceed with deletion.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will always publish the current version at this URL and indicate the last update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
