Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the services Letnova provides to businesses and how we use the access you give us to your accounts on third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. The scope, price and duration of each service are those set out in the proposal or contract you sign with us; if anything here conflicts with that document, the signed document prevails.
1. Who we are
Letnova is a brand of Maza Enterprise Holdings LLC — 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 413 #1242, 82001 Cheyenne, WY, United States — info@letnova.com.
2. Our services
We help businesses grow online: social media management and posting, advertising, websites, local visibility and automation. Each client receives the services described in their proposal or contract.
3. Access to your accounts
- To provide the service, you may give us access to your Facebook Page, Instagram account, Meta ad account or other platforms, from your own business settings. We ask only for the permissions the service needs.
- We use that access only to provide the service you have contracted: publishing the content that has been approved, reading the results of your posts and ads to prepare your reports, managing your campaigns and replying to comments on your posts.
- You can remove our access at any time from your business settings. From that moment we can no longer act on your accounts.
4. Your responsibilities
- Make sure you have the rights to the material you give us (logos, photos, videos, texts).
- Give us accurate information about your business, products and offers.
- Tell us about any rules specific to your sector that your content or ads must follow.
5. Content and approval
We publish content once it has been approved through the process agreed with you. Ownership and use of the content we create for you are governed by your proposal or contract.
6. Third-party platforms
Facebook, Instagram, Google and the other platforms we work with have their own terms and policies, which we follow. We do not control changes to those platforms, outages, or their moderation and ad-approval decisions. We work to get results, but we cannot guarantee specific reach, rankings, leads or sales.
7. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. When we handle data on your behalf (for example, comments on your posts), we act as a processor on behalf of your business, which is the controller: we use that data only to provide the service, never for our own purposes or for other clients, and we will tell you about any third-party requests we receive about it. To ask us to delete the data we hold about your business, see Data deletion.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to what is set out in your proposal or contract and in the applicable law.
9. End of the service
When the service ends, we stop using the access you gave us and ask you to remove it from your business settings. We delete the data from your accounts within 30 days of the end of the service, except what the law requires us to keep. The posts already published on your accounts are yours and stay there.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date.
