This policy explains how Letnova collects, uses and protects the personal data of people who interact with this website. We only ask for what we need, and we tell you what we do with it.

1. Data controller

Maza Enterprise Holdings LLC (“Letnova”) — info@letnova.com. Registered address: 1603 Capitol Ave, Suite 413 #1242, 82001 Cheyenne, WY, United States. As the company is established in the United States, your data is processed there (see section 6 on international transfers).

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, business name, sector, website (optional), the message you write, email and phone (optional).
• Free audit form: the data above plus your phone number and the domain of the website you want us to review.
• Technical & usage data: when you consent to analytics/marketing cookies, we may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and how you navigate the site. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data. Please don’t include sensitive information in the free-text message.

3. Why we use it and legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a diagnosis and send you a proposal — basis: your request and pre-contractual steps.
• To provide our services and manage the business relationship — basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep in touch about our services if you ask us to — basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To measure and improve the site and our campaigns — basis: your consent (analytics and marketing cookies).
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations — basis: legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate, each acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement:

• Google — web fonts (loaded on every page), and Google Tag Manager, through which our analytics (Google Analytics 4) and marketing (Meta Pixel) tags run only after you consent.
• n8n — the automation platform that receives and routes your form submissions to our team.
• Letnova CRM — where we manage leads and the commercial relationship.
• Hosting and email providers — to run the website and communicate with you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship, plus the retention periods required by law (for example, tax records). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. International data transfers

Because Letnova and some of our providers (such as Google) are based in the United States, your data may be transferred and processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, access controls and anti-spam filtering on our forms). No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

8. Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, withdraw your consent and request portability, by writing to info@letnova.com. We will reply within the legal timeframes. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

9. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. We will publish the new version here with its date.
